Meet Max & Lina – The Faces of BodyTruths

Hi, we’re Max and Lina. We’re not experts, just two regular people who wonder if oat milk is better, if carbs are evil, and sometimes stand in front of the fridge wondering if hummus counts as a full meal.
We started BodyTruths to get real answers about food, health, and what’s actually worth caring about—without the guilt, gimmicks, or green sludge smoothies.

Max

Max once believed peak health meant endless gym sessions and living out of meal-prep containers. Burnout changed that. Now, he’s all about science-backed balance — lifting smarter, sleeping better, and questioning every wellness trend (sometimes by testing it on himself). These days, progress looks less like punishment and more like common sense — plus the occasional eye roll at a protein nut bar.

Lina

Lina swapped hustle culture for hormone balance after burnout reminded her she’s not a machine. These days, she’s into slow mornings, smarter meals, and decoding ingredient labels for fun. She’s the one bringing real talk about skincare, cycle syncing, and why stress is not a personality. Still curious, still evolving—just less burnt out and better fed.
